  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    By accessing, downloading, installing, or using this Application (“App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). You may NOT: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Copy or redistribute content without permission Use the App for illegal purposes Attempt to bypass security mechanisms

    If the App allows user-generated content: You retain ownership of your content but grant us a: Worldwide Royalty-free Non-exclusive Transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content within the App ecosystem. You represent that your content: Does not infringe intellectual property rights Is not unlawful, defamatory, or abusive Does not violate privacy rights We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
  6. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS (If Applicable)
    If the App offers paid services: Fees are stated in the App or official website. Payments are processed via authorized payment providers. No refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All rights, title, and interest in the App, including: Software Designs Logos Trademarks Content Algorithms remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
  8. PRIVACY
    Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes: Data collection Data processing Storage Third-party sharing Security measures By using the App, you consent to such data practices.
  9. PROHIBITED USES
